All items are in stock unless otherwise stated. Custom orders are welcome with an average 10 day turnaround.

Product descriptions, care and safety

We always aim to be as accurate as possible in relation to product descriptions. If you have any questions please do get in touch via the contact form.  We suggest washing our items by hand and then drying flat.

Our baby clothing and accessories are intended as daywear. We do not advise putting baby to bed in them overnight.  Always check baby items for loose buttons, embellishments etc and never hang decorative items within reach of babys cot or crib. 

Ordering & Payment

You can place your order direct on our website. Payment is taken securely via PayPal and you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.

Orders will only be processed once payment is cleared on our system.

Processing & Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 2 - 4 working days. Please allow a few more days during busy seasons such as Valentines day, Mothers day and Christmas. Orders over £20 are shipped free of charge.

Orders are gift wrapped as standard, packed very securely and shipped via first or second class Royal Mail with proof of posting retained without exception.

Refund Policy

With damages we will require evidence via a photograph in order to process a refund. The purpose of this is to allow us to claim costs from Royal Mail. All orders are meticulously checked prior to posting so this should be a rare occurrence.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order we accept returns within 14 days from the date of posting. Postage and return postage costs will not be refunded.
